to imprison them as part of his divine judgment. Their eventual release, as described in Revelation, would then mark the beginning of unprecedented chaos on earth. The release of these four angels is prophesied to bring devastation on a massive scale. The scripture says they will kill a third of humanity.
An unimaginable catastrophe that suggests war, famine, plague, or supernatural destruction. In today’s world, we see increasing global instability, wars, natural disasters, and technological advancements that some believe align with biblical predictions. If the Euphrates drying is indeed a prophetic sign, then humanity may be on the verge of witnessing one of the most terrifying events ever foretold.
With ancient secrets being uncovered, waters vanishing, and prophetic events unfolding before our eyes, it raises a profound question. Are we witnessing the countdown to the final events described in Revelation? The Euphrates has long been a biblical marker of divine intervention and prophecy. If this river is now revealing what was hidden for millennia, then the world may be standing at the threshold of the end times.
The discovery of the Nephilim skeleton may only be the beginning. Could the four fallen angels be next? At the same time, in another bizarre discovery, a massive sea creature skeleton was also unearthed in the United States, baffling scientists. Could this be connected to the drying Euphrates and the return of ancient beings? Some speculate that this could be one of the Leviathans mentioned in the Bible, massive sea creatures created by God.
In Job 4:11, God challenges Job, asking, “Can you pull in Leviathan with a fish hook or tie down its tongue with a rope?” The Bible describes Leviathan as a terrifying beast, nearly indestructible, capable of breathing fire and crushing its enemies. Could this be a sign that ancient creatures once hidden beneath the earth are now being revealed as part of God’s unfolding plan? A sign of the end times, the drying of the Euphrates River, the discovery of ancient giants, and strange signs appearing across the heavens and the earth. All of these events are
pointing toward the fulfillment of biblical prophecy. Could it be that we are witnessing the very events foretold thousands of years ago, signs that marked the beginning of the end times? Many believe that these occurrences are not mere coincidences, but rather warnings, divine signals urging humanity to wake up, repent, and prepare for what is to come.
Throughout the Bible, God has used natural disasters, celestial events, and archaeological revelations to communicate with his people. And now, as we stand at the edge of unprecedented changes, the truth of prophecy is becoming undeniable. Jesus himself spoke about these times, warning that before his return, the world would undergo great distress, conflict, and deception.
In Matthew 24:7-8, he said, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.” This passage suggests that wars, natural disasters, and global unrest will increase in frequency and intensity, just as birth pains do before a child is born.
If we look around today, what do we see? Nations rising against nations, famine and economic crisis, earthquakes and natural disasters, signs in the heavens. All of these events are exactly what Jesus predicted, showing us that we are moving closer to the final days. The Bible specifically mentions the Euphrates River in several end times prophecies.
Its drying up is not just an environmental crisis. It is a direct fulfillment of prophecy. In Revelation the 16:12, we read, “The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the east.” This suggests that as the river shrinks and vanishes, it will play a crucial role in the unfolding of the final battles leading up to Armageddon.
Many believe this could involve a great war that will change the course of history forever. The discovery of giants, a link to the Nephilim. As the Euphrates dries, strange discoveries are being made, including what appears to be a giant skeleton, possibly evidence of the Nephilim, the mysterious race of giants mentioned in the Bible.
Genesis 6:4 states, “The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.” If this new found skeleton truly belongs to the Nephilim, it proves that the ancient stories were real. The reemergence of these remains could be a warning sign that forces long hidden are beginning to resurface.
Just as Revelation warns about the return of fallen angels and spiritual warfare in the last days, is the world on the brink of prophecy unfolding? With all these shocking discoveries, wars, plagues, natural disasters, and global instability, it is becoming harder to dismiss the signs of the end times. Many believe that we are living in the days leading up to the second coming of Jesus Christ.
The Apostle Paul warned in 2 Timothy 3:1-5, “But mark this. There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power, have nothing to do with such people.
Does this not sound like the world we are living in today? Corruption, greed, immorality, and deception are at an all-time high. People chase after wealth, fame, and power rather than seeking God’s truth. Could it be that the Nephilim skeleton, the drying Euphrates in the chaos in the world are all signals that time is running out? A call to prepare.
If these biblical prophecies are indeed coming true before our eyes, then now is the time to turn to God, strengthen our faith, and prepare our hearts. The signs are clear, and scripture warns that those who are not ready will be caught unaware. In Matthew 24:42 to 44, Jesus gave this warning. Therefore, keep watch because you do not know on what day your Lord will come.
But understand this, if the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. So you also must be ready because the son of man will come at an hour when you do not expect him. The discoveries in the Euphrates River and the events happening in the world are not random coincidences. They are warnings.
Now is the time to seek the truth, repent, and prepare for what is to come. Are we standing at the threshold of the final days? Only time will tell, but one thing is certain. God’s word is unfolding before our eyes. How to grow in faith? Jesus emphasized the importance of having faith. Regarding his second coming, Jesus asked this question.
When the son of man comes, will he really find faith on the earth? Luke 18:8. Emphasis added throughout. Why was Jesus concerned about people having faith? Hebrews 11:6 tells us why faith is so important to God. But without faith, it is impossible to please him. For he who comes to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him.
God expects us to have faith and to grow in faith. And if we really believe God and live according to that faith, then God will be pleased and we’re going to be blessed. But lacking faith and failing to live by faith displeases God. Why? because God’s honor is at stake. First, what is faith? Faith is an unshakable belief in God, in the promises of God.
Faith also involves God’s commands. We’re expected to put such confidence in everything God tells us to do that we actually do it. So, how do we dishonor God by a lack of faith? When we disbelieve God, we are in essence saying to God, I don’t really believe you’ll do exactly what you say you will do.
And I don’t really believe that you are what you say you are. And God’s response to that is, I am a promisekeeping God. God has never failed once. He’s always kept the promises he’s made to human beings, and he always will, provided, of course, that we meet the conditions he outlines. Faith is one of the key qualities God is looking for in us.
So it only makes sense that we learn how to grow in faith. Degrees of faith from little faith to great faith. When it comes to the subject of faith, is it only a matter of having it or not having it? No. The Bible makes it clear that there are degrees of faith. Jesus described some people of his day as having little faith and others as having great faith.
So, it’s good to ask ourselves how much faith do we currently have and how dedicated are we to increasing our faith? We need to have growing faith. None of us has enough of it. Faith is belief in God’s promises. Sometimes religious people will try to encourage faith in areas where there are no promises from God.
Someone might say, “Our big outdoor picnic is coming up next week. It would ruin things if it rained. If we just have enough faith, it won’t rain. So have faith. How much faith do we currently have? And how dedicated are we to increasing our faith? Our faith needs to be growing. None of us has enough of it. But is there a promise in the Bible that it won’t rain on days when a special picnic is planned? There is no such promise.
Or someone might say, “I’ve applied for a job I really want and two other people are being considered in addition to me. I’m going to have faith that I’ll get this exact job that I want. If I have faith, I’m sure I’ll get that job. But there’s no promise in the Bible that God will every time give us the exact job we’d like to have.
When people take this approach to faith, what do they conclude if things don’t work out the way they’d like? They might say, “It’s because I didn’t have enough faith.” Does God provide a blank check to those who have faith in him? But what about Mark 11:22-24? Jesus said, “Have faith in God. For assuredly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, be removed and be cast into the sea,” and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. Do these verses give us a promise with no qualifications? Can we rightly have confidence that God will always give us everything we ask for? Do we have a blank check, so to speak? First, let’s apply some logic to these verses.
If there were no qualifications on what we ask, it would mean we would never have to suffer. None of us likes to suffer, do we? We could ask that we’d never have a health problem, never be in an accident, never have a family problem, never have a financial problem. We’d be confident that our lives could be stress free and problem free.
It would never rain on our special picnic. We’d get that job at the XYZ Widget Company. But how can that be? The Bible tells us that it is through many tribulations or trials that we enter the kingdom of God and that many are the afflictions of the righteous. Acts 14:22, Psalm 34:19. And let’s consider the life of Jesus.
When he prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane shortly before his crucifixion, did he get anything and everything he wanted? No, he did not. Growing faith means growing belief that God knows best. In fact, Jesus prayer gives us a perfect example to follow. His example qualifies the words that we read in Mark 11.
In Jesus prayer, he said, “Oh my father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me. Nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.” Matthew 26:39. Jesus made his request. Then he left it in God the father’s hands to do what his father knew was best. In a similar way, Christians are free to ask anything of God.
At the same time, we understand that in order to receive that request, it must be a part of God’s wise, loving, and perfect will for our lives. And if it’s not according to God’s will, we shouldn’t want our request anyway. Consider this helpful thought. God does not just give us what we want. He gives us everything we would want if we knew everything he knows.

Faith must be based on God’s specific promises in the Bible. And we have to be sure that we understand the promises correctly. We have to be sure we’re not assuming that God promises something he doesn’t promise.
We have to understand his promises in the context he gives them, which is the context of his plan and purpose for us. There are lots of clear, easy to understand promises in the Bible. Here are a few examples of his promises to his people. God will provide us with all our physical and spiritual needs. Matthew 6:31-33, Psalm 23:1, Philippians 4:19.
He’ll finish the spiritual work that he’s begun in us. Philippians 1:6. He’ll give us the wisdom we ask for as we go through life. James 1:5. He’ll never leave or forsake us. Hebrews 13:5. He’ll never allow our trials to be more than we can bear. 1 Corinthians 10:13. He’ll give us peace of mind. Philippians 4:7. He’ll forgive any and every sin once we’ve repented of it. 1 John 1:9.
He’ll make it possible for us to grow and become like Jesus Christ. Ephesians 4:15. He’ll cause everything that happens in our lives to eventually work out for good. Romans 8:28. How to strengthen your faith. Three key steps. It’s reassuring to know that God has already given us a clear path to growing in faith.
We don’t have to figure it out on our own. He has provided guidance on what we need to do. By following his instructions, our faith will naturally develop and deepen. Here are three fundamental yet powerful biblical steps to increasing our faith. One, ask God to strengthen your faith. Faith is a divine gift and we need God’s help to strengthen it.
Jesus’ own faith was unwavering and through the power of God’s spirit, we too can receive the same confidence and trust in him. However, faith doesn’t grow automatically. God desires that we actively seek it. He wants to see how much we value faith and whether we are genuinely eager to increase it. That’s why we should consistently ask him for more faith in prayer just as Jesus disciples did when they said,”Lord, increase our faith.” Luke 17:5.
Two, live out your faith through obedience. James 2:14 reminds us, “What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him?” While salvation is a gift from God, not something we can earn, faith is meant to be demonstrated through action. True faith compels us to obey God’s commandments and live according to his word.
James gives a practical example in verses 15 to 16. If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled, but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit?” In other words, faith that doesn’t lead to action is empty. He concludes in James the 21:17, “Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
” Faith and obedience go hand in hand. True faith is not just belief. It is belief put into practice. Three, trust in God’s promises and timing. Faith requires trust in God’s wisdom, timing, and plan. Sometimes we may ask for something in prayer, expecting an immediate answer, but faith means believing that God knows what is best, even when we don’t see results right away.
Jesus set the perfect example in Matthew 26:39 when he prayed, “Oh my father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me. Nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.” Even in his moment of greatest trial, Jesus surrendered to God’s will. In the same way, we must trust that God will provide what we truly need, even if his answer doesn’t align with our immediate desires.
Faith is meant to grow. Just as a muscle strengthens with use, faith grows when we actively exercise it. By seeking God, obeying his word, and trusting in his promises. None of us has perfect faith yet, but by continually working to strengthen it, we move closer to the unwavering confidence in God that he desires us to have.
Are you willing to take these steps today? Abraham, a man of faith. The Apostle Paul wrote about Abraham’s faith in Romans 4:3. For what does the scripture say? Abraham believed God and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Emphasis added throughout. Paul was quoting from Genesis 15:6. What example of Abraham’s faith was Paul referring to? A profound example of the faith of Abraham.
The answer is in Genesis 15:4-6. And behold, the word of the Lord came to him. Abraham, saying, “This one shall not be your heir, but one who will come from your own body shall be your heir.” Then he brought him outside and said, “Look now toward heaven and count the stars if you are able to number them.” And he said to him, “So shall your descendants be.
” And he believed the Lord. And he accounted it to him for righteousness. This extraordinary unwavering belief that Abraham had in God’s power and promises was what Paul recounted. who contrary to hope in hope believed so that he became the father of many nations according to what was spoken. So shall your descendants be and not being weak in faith he did not consider his own body already dead since he was about 100 years old and the deadness of Sarah’s womb.
He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what he had promised, he was also able to perform. Romans 4:18:21. Paul noted that Abraham’s belief was unhampered by the fact that he was almost aundred years old. He was not weak in faith. He was strong in faith.
What is faith? Faith is a deep conviction that God’s words are true and that God will perform all that he promises. Abraham simply believed that God would do what he said. Nothing is too hard for God. Nothing is impossible for God. That is an example for all of us today that our faith should be strong in God.
An earlier example of Abraham’s faith. Now the Lord had said to Abram, “Get out of your country, from your family, and from your father’s house to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation. I will bless you and make your name great. So Abram departed as the Lord had spoken to him and Lot went with him. Genesis 12:124. Hebrews 11, the faith chapter tells us what was so extraordinary about this departure.
By faith, Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out not knowing where he was going. Hebrews 11:8. Abraham departed and he trusted and believed God that he would guide him and his family into uncharted territory. There was no questioning and no wavering.
He showed his faith by departing. This was a profound act of faith. The faith of Abraham continued. After Abraham came into the land of Canaan, he continued to be a stranger and a pilgrim in that foreign land. But he believed God who had promised that one day he and his descendants would inherit that land. We too live our lives as strangers and pilgrims on this earth.
waiting with patience and faith for the kingdom of God to be established on the earth, ruling from Jerusalem. Genesis 13:14-17, records that promised to Abraham. And the Lord said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him, “Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are, northward, southward, eastward, and westward.
For all the land which you see, I give to you and your descendants forever. And I will make your descendants as the dust of the earth.” so that if a man could number the dust of the earth, then your descendants also could be numbered. Arise, walk in the land through its length and width, for I give it to you.
Looking for a city whose builder and maker is God. In addition to appreciating the promised blessing of land for his descendants, Abraham grew in his faith toward God and personally anticipated a spiritual reward. Hebrews 11:9-10 records this process. By faith he dwelt in the land of promise, as in a foreign country, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise.
For he waited for the city which has foundations, whose builder and maker is God. Abraham along with other people of faith, anticipated a permanent city and country to come. These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them a far off, were assured of them, embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
But now they desire a better, that is, a heavenly country. Therefore, God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them. Hebrews 11:13-16. We too live our lives as strangers and pilgrims on this earth, waiting with patience and faith for the kingdom of God to be established on the earth, ruling from Jerusalem.
We too are sjourners desiring a better heavenly country, a country that is coming in the future. How did Abraham prove his faith in God? Abraham’s faith was tested again in the most challenging way. Hebrews 11:17 relates the supreme test of Abraham’s faith. By faith Abraham when he was tested offered up Isaac and he who received the promises offered up his only begotten son of whom it was said in Isaac your seed shall be called concluding that God was able to raise him up even from the dead from which he also received him in a figurative sense.
New call to action. Abraham believed that God was able to raise Isaac from the dead if God had not spared Isaac’s life. Genesis 22. Abraham must have believed that God had a very good reason for asking him to sacrifice Isaac and that somehow Isaac would have to be raised from the dead to fulfill the promises God had made concerning him.
Abraham’s willingness to give up his son was a type of God, the father’s willingness to give his only begotten son, Christ, as a sacrifice. We who are of the faith of Abraham must also believe that God can resurrect the dead. Lessons from the faith of Abraham. Since Abraham’s faith is so often mentioned in the Bible, there are many lessons we can learn.
First of all, Abraham was justified by faith. God has ordained that all should be justified by faith. That means we are declared blameless in his sight by the blood of the sacrifice of his son Jesus Christ and by faith in God, the father of faith. In explaining the significance of the righteousness of faith, Paul also acknowledged Abraham’s role as the father of the faithful.
For we say that faith was accounted to Abraham for righteousness. How then was it accounted? While he was circumcised or uncircumcised? Not while circumcised, but while uncircumcised. And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith, which he had while still uncircumcised, that he might be the father of all those who believe, though they are uncircumcised, that righteousness might be imputed to them also. Romans 4:91.
So whether one is Jewish or not, those who have the righteousness of faith, righteousness imputed to them by God. They are the children of our father Abraham. Verse 12. All must have faith walking in Abraham’s steps. Preach the gospel to Abraham. We must remember that the promises of God given to Abraham are realized through faith.
Abraham and his seed, his true descendants who have faith, will inherit the promises of God given to Abraham. As Romans 4:13 says, “For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.” The promises given to Abraham are part of the gospel message, the good news.
Abraham heard and believed in the gospel. Galatians 3:8 says, “And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, in you all the nations shall be blessed.” So then, those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.
The scripture being quoted is a combination of a promise in Genesis 12:3 and 22:18. This is a good example for us who hear the gospel today. Not all obey, but they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed our report? So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:16:17. There is a difference between trusting in our own works and trusting in God in order to be justified and saved.
In Abraham’s seed, all the nations of the earth would be blessed. We are blessed through the righteous seed of Abraham, who is Jesus Christ, Abraham’s faith and works. There is a difference between trusting in our own works and trusting in God in order to be justified and saved.
And there is a difference between relying on the law as the Jews did and doing good works that demonstrate obedience and living faith. Abraham is our object lesson in this regard. James explained, “But do you want to know, oh foolish man, that faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? Do you see that faith was working together with his works? And by works faith was made perfect.
And the scripture was fulfilled which says Abraham believed God and it was accounted to him for righteousness and he was called the friend of God. You see then that a man is justified by works and not by faith only. James 2:20 to 24. Our faith is perfected as we do good works. We should do good works in faith as our father Abraham did.
As John 8:39 says, “If you were Abraham’s children, you would do the works of Abraham.” Abraham did many works that demonstrated his strong faith in God. Jesus Christ told the Jewish leaders of his day, “But now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the truth which I heard from God.” Abraham did not do this. Verse 40.
Abraham believed the truth from the mouth of God’s messengers and from the mouth of the Lord. The faith of Abraham is living faith. We need to do what our father Abraham did. We need to believe that God can do the impossible and that nothing is too hard for God. We need to believe in God’s power and promises without wavering.
We need to believe and be willingly obedient to God to come out of this world and depart from sin. We also need to trust God’s guidance and direction in leading us into uncharted territory. As we journey through life as pilgrims and strangers in the world, we need to look in faith to the coming kingdom of God in the new Jerusalem.
Our faith in the future inheritance of the world to come should motivate us to live by faith. Finally, through Abraham’s example, we see that we must demonstrate our faith by being obedient to God and doing good works that demonstrate our faith. Our faith is perfected by doing good works. Having faith and doing good works is a living faith.
I will show you my faith by my works. James 2:18. Abraham certainly showed us all his faith by his works. Are you going to follow Abraham’s example? This is the most important step you can take. May God help you make these critical changes in your life so you can inherit the same reward as Abraham when Jesus returns and establishes the kingdom of God here on earth.

Three, we are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meat, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth.
So that we ourselves glory in you and the churches of God, for your patience and faith, in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure. Five, which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which he also suffer.
Six, seeing it as a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you. And to you who are troubled, rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels. eight in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Nine who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his power. 10 when he shall come to be glorified in his saints and to be admired in all them that believe because our testimony among you was believed in that day. 11 Wherefore also we pray always for you that our God would count you worthy of this calling and fulfill all the good pleasure of his goodness and the work of faith with power.
12 That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you and ye in him according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore you have no excuse, oh man, every one of you who judges. For in passing judgment on another, you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things.
Two, we know that the judgment of God rightly falls on those who practice such things. Do you suppose, oh man, you who judge those who practice such things and yet do them yourself, that you will escape the judgment of God? Four, or do you presume on the riches of his kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that God’s kindness is meant to lead you to repentance? Five, but because of your hard and impenitent heart, you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath when God’s righteous judgment will be revealed. Six, he will render to
each one according to his works. Seven, to those who by patience and welloing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. Eight, but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury. Nine, there will be tribulation and distress for every human being who does evil, the Jew first and also the Greek. 10.
But glory and honor and peace for everyone who does good, the Jew first and also the Greek. 11. For God shows no partiality. God’s judgment and the law. 12. For all who have sinned without the law will also perish without the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law. 13 For it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law who will be justified.
14 For when Gentiles who do not have the law by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves even though they do not have the law. 15. They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them.
16 On that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus. 17 But if you call yourself a Jew and rely on the law and boast in God, 18 and know his will and approve what is excellent, because you are instructed from the law. 19. An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of children, having in the law the embodiment of knowledge and truth. 21 You then who teach others, do you not teach yourself? While you preach against stealing, do you steal? 22 You who say that one must not commit adultery, do you commit adultery?
