>> What is the level of frustration if at all with the team right now? >> Yeah, you know it’s we we have all the pieces and now you just got to put the the puzzle together and I think that each year has growing pains and we’re in that right now. Uh, like I said, we have all the pieces we need, but it’s um owning your role, knowing your role.
