This is Deshawn Brown charged with the murder of his girlfriend 29-year-old DEA lmore and her son Nyo in a shocking courtroom scene n’s father attacked deson multiple times driven by the unbearable thought that deson might walk free after committing such horrific crimes and if that captivates you then let’s take a look at 10 baby killers who got attacked by their victim’s parents in a courtroom starting with the case of Deshawn Brown that we just talked about attention between a man who is facing capital punishment and the father of a

Little boy he’s accused of killing June 23rd 2022 in a pack Cincinnati Ohio courtroom emotions ran high for a father Antonio Hughes leading him to confront the alleged killer of his son in a sudden violent Outburst back in December 2020 23-year-old Deshawn Brown meticulously planned for months how to kill his then girlfriend ASA lmore the couple had been dating for months but desan got angry after DEA suffered a miscarriage with their baby to add to this Desa had a three-year-old son Nyo with a man named Antonio Hughes Hughes

and Desa got separated a while back and Desa kept custody of their son now desan being angry at DEA for having a miscarriage attacked her and her son Nyo in their shared apartment he then hid their bodies for several days before chopping them up and transporting them in a body bag to the Ohio River with the help of an Uber driver he then dumped DEA and n’s bodies in the river December 12th 2020 dea’s body was found near the Purple People Bridge while n’s blood was found on a PAW Patrol blanket near her body along with a stroller up to this

Day his body is still nowhere to be found and here’s the twist during the trial a psychologist testified that Deshawn suffered from mental issues which they argued may have driven his depraved actions under Ohio law individuals deemed mentally ill are ineligible for the death penalty a sentence to Shawn was initially facing he suffered from a severe mental illness at the time of the offens is charged and that that severe mental illness significantly impaired his capacity to exercise rational judgment this angered

The boy’s father Hughes who felt the justice system was about to go easy on his son’s killer he was initially escorted out of the courtroom for interrupting witness testimony okay go out the door go out the door thank you however he was later allowed back in giving him the chance to Sucker Punch to Shawn from behind and after being settled down Hughes was held in contempt of court and sentenced to 7 Days in Hamilton County Justice Center but was released early without any additional charges as for Deshawn he still faces serious charges

Including two counts of murder and one count for each felonious assault gross abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence his trial is scheduled for January 27th 2025 and if convicted he could face the death penalty but unlike Hughes who spent some time Behind Bars this next father wasn’t held accountable at all and honestly it’s hard to blame the judge given the utter despicable actions of his daughter’s killer inside and outside the courtroom this is Michael Madison charged with the murder of three girls in Cleveland Ohio and

This is Van Terry father to one of the girls Madison just so heartlessly killed I am strucked by the sheer inhumanity of what one human being can do to not one but three human beings July 26th 2013 authorities arrested 35-year-old Michael Madison after the body of a woman was found in a garage near an abandoned home in East Cleveland the investigation began when a cable technician noticed a foul smell coming from the shared garage at Madison’s apartment building which prompted officials to search the area leading to

The shocking Discovery a sex offender since 2002 Madison had previously served 4 years for attempted rape and had additional convictions for drug charges from 20 and 2001 yet once again he found himself in trouble with the law after his first victim was uncovered wrapped in multiple garbage bags law enforcement investigated the area further and two more bodies turned up both of which were also tightly Bound in plastic bags all three victims were black females identified as Shela H Terry Angela H deskins and shatia D Shey Terry and

Deskins were both strangled to death however she’s cause of death was listed as homicidal Violence by unspecified means Madison already a registered sex offender became the primary suspect in the deaths of these three women he also faced additional charges of rape in Terry’s case during the trial prosecutors laid out how Madison had manipulated his victims building trust only to turn violent later they presented evidence of Madison’s deep-seated hostility toward women pointing to his straight relationships with female relatives and ex Partners

One former girlfriend recalled him saying he couldn’t stand the female species and shared how he brushed off the foul oders in his apartment by blaming dead raccoons though he prevented her from looking around prosecutor suggested he might have even drawn inspiration from Cleveland’s Infamous serial killer Anthony soell who was convicted of killing 11 women in 2011 and sentenced to death now after a lengthy three-year trial Madison was found guilty of all three murders and additional charges yet it was his sentencing that ignited public outrage

During the victim impact statements van Terry father of Shela Terry noticed Madison smirking as he spoke about his daughter’s loss a look that drove Terry to do this  the courtroom eventually settled and Madison was handed the death penalty accordingly the sentence of death is imposed upon the defendant Michael Madison on counts 1 4 and 7 but it’s not always a father attacking his child’s accused killer in a courtroom sometimes when the father is the killer Vengeance Falls to someone else entirely like an uncle stepping into the fight

For justice just as we see here July 3rd 2019 a father convicted of the death of his son encountered immediate Justice from the child’s Uncle following his sentence The Story begins in May 2018 when an Indiana man Quinn Bose faced charges including aggravated battery neglect of a dependent and domestic battery resulting in the death of a person under the the age of 14 Bose was accused of beating his son to death at their Indiana apartment however Bose claimed his son had fallen off a couch while he was asleep resulting in him

Hitting his head on a table and passing away afterward doctors countered Bose’s claims with an autopsy report showing his son’s death was due to blunt force trauma to the Head consistent with a homicide at the Gibson County Courthouse in Southwestern Indiana oose eventually pled guilty and was sentenced to 20 years in prison Plus 5 years of probation the judge presiding over the case also demanded that Bose paid for his son’s funeral but it was while he was on his way out of court that Justice was really served the child’s Uncle

Jeremiah Harley attacked Bose as he exited the court room in handcuffs Landing two punches to his face before court officials took him down those blows left Quinn bloodied and if it weren’t for quick intervention from those officials who knows what else could have happened unfortunately for him though Harley wasn’t let off so easily Jeremiah Harley later faced the same judge who sentenced Bose receiving 179 days in jail for contempt of court and facing additional misdemeanor battery charges filed by the state of

Indiana now in this next case another Uncle confronted his relative’s killer but this time the victim got shot a staggering 22 times tensions running high in a Houston courtroom today a huge fight broke out following the sentencing of a man who killed a 16-year-old girl back in 2022 around 9:30 p.m.

on January 12th 2022 Diamond Alvarez received a series of urgent texts from her boyfriend Frank Delian Jr who was pressing her to meet with him Diamond agreed but insisted on meeting in a public park now just before this she had learned that Delian was seeing someone else but instead of feeling remorse Delan was more concerned about her possibly revealing his infidelity to his other girl and in a moment of panic he reportedly texted her don’t ruin this for me as he tried to persuade her to meet him nearby reluctantly Diamond

agreed to meet him since the location was close to her home but tragically as soon as she arrived her family heard a sudden barrage of gunshots outside Diamond’s mother anim Machado tried reaching her only to find their family dog peanut wandering alone when the family rushed out they found diamond lying Gravely injured in a nearby Field they tried see PR but it was too late Diamond had been shot 22 times most of the shots striking her back two witnesses later reported seeing someone near the scene matching Dean’s

description when authorities arrested him they discovered a packed suitcase suggesting he might have been planning to flee after initially pleading not guilty Elan missed a scheduled court appearance his attorney claimed that he’d been injured in a car accident on his way to court and needed medical attention still suspicions arose about whether this was a genuine accident or an attempt to evade Justice the judge revoked his $250,000 Bond and issued a warrant for his arrest eventually Delian showed up in court and received a 45-year prison

sentence for the murder of diamond Alvarez now here’s the thing during the sentencing Diamond’s mother gave an emotional impact statement calling Delan a monster but during her speech she noticed Ellen was smiling sheepishly at her so she attempted to confront them but after a bayith intervened and stopped her Midway this happened as Machado moved toward Delan Diamond’s Uncle rushed across the courtroom throwing some hard punches at him security managed to pin the uncle down but then Dean’s mother jumped in and charged at Diamond’s mom the

courtroom erupts in chaos and unrelated but another detainee in a different case took advantage of this situation to slip free from his leg shackles and exit the courthouse unnoticed he was apprehended days later at a motel while Diamond’s mom apologized for what had happened during a press statement moments later that was that was wrong of me that was wrong of us because we’re not monsters but it’s so much hate cuz I want my daughter back now it’s one thing for a parent to attack their baby’s killer but it’s

another thing when the killer tries to fight back I mean what do you think happens in that situation August 28th 2015 inside the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice in Detroit Michigan court footage captures the dramatic moment a father grieving the loss of his daughter lunges at the man responsible for her death Landing a punch on his head but In the Heat of the Moment that man lunged back at the father before court sec security held him down now this event takes place during the sentencing of Jasmine Gordon and her boyfriend

Clifford Thomas both convicted in the tragic death of Gordon’s daughter jamaa Smith September 2014 jamaa Smith passed away from multiple blunt force trauma injuries at the time of Jam’s injuries though Gordon had been at work and by the time she got home she had found her daughter in critical condition she then rushes jamaa to Henry Ford Hospital at around 9:00 p.m.

where she was pronounced dead upon arrival the couple initially claimed that Jamila had hit her head and lost Consciousness however further investigations later determined that Jam’s death was a homicide due to physical abuse investigators concluded that Clifford Thomas who was babysitting Jam at the time had inflicted those fatal injuries Dwayne Smith the father of jamaa had been scheduled to address the court about the impact of his daughter’s passing instead when he came face to to face with Thomas it broke into a physical attack striking Thomas

on the head after the altercation Dwayne Smith wasn’t allowed back in the courtroom but to his luck he wasn’t hit with any charges on the other hand Thomas received a sentence of 6 to 15 years for involuntary manslaughter and an additional 1 to two years for resisting and obstructing a police officer while Gordon received a sentence of 7 to 15 years for involuntary manslaughter and 14 to 25 years for first degree child abuse as an accomplice with both sentences to be served concurrently now another father who had to deal with his daughter

passing away at the hands of his baby mama is Vancouver resident Peter Anderson but in Anderson’s case his daughter was viciously killed by his baby Mama’s ex-boyfriend November 2nd 2008 18 Anderson’s baby mama Natasha luta left for work leaving her 37-year-old boyfriend Ryan Burge at their Madison Park apartment to babysit her daughter Harley’s siblings had all left for school but at around 5:00 p.m.

that evening paramedics responded to a call from Harley’s home where they found her unconscious bleeding heavily and suffering from severe head trauma initially Burge informed him that she had injured herself during a tantrum but neurosurgeons later informed the cops that it was almost impossible for her injuries to have been self-inflicted Burge was subsequently arrested and booked into the Clark County Jail facing charges of second deegree murder on November 5th 2018 Burge appeared in court where a large crowd of the young

girls friends and family attended many wearing # Justice for Harley shirts now during the hearing Harley’s Father Peter Anderson attempted to charge toward Burj as he stood before the judge but things didn’t go his way Clark County deputies restrained Anderson and escorted him out of the courtroom where he was placed in handcuffs in the hallway we see Anderson in tears as he’s LED toward the elevator after burge’s court appearance family and friends had left with Harley’s mother Natasha Lucho visibly distraught

and crying as she was assisted to an elev subsequently Burge was found guilty of second deegree Murder By A Clark County Superior jury and was given 40 years behind bars it must have been really painful and frustrating for Anderson not getting to hit his Target but this next parent made sure she got Vengeance even if it came at the ultimate cost her own freedom [Music] on the morning of March 6th 1981 during the trial of K Claus Grabowski the man accused of raping and strangling her daughter Anna Maryann bachmeier took an

extraordinary step as Grabowski sat in court awaiting his sentence Maryann approached from behind retrieving a 22 caliber Beretta from her coat pocket she fired eight shots six of which struck Grabowski killing him instantly in the courtroom now Marian’s life had been one of hardship she had been a victim of assault herself and had already faced the emotional weight of giving two children up for adoption in 1972 she chose to raise her third child Anna and the two shared a close Bond Maryann sometimes brought Anna to the pub she

worked at a decision she would later question as events unfolded on May 5th 1980 after a fight with her mother Anna had skipped school and visited Grabowski the 35-year-old butcher she had met through her mother’s work tragically Grabowski assaulted and killed her later dumping her body in a Box near a canal when Grabowski claimed in his defense that he had only killed Anna to avoid blackmail it was too much for Maryanne to take in when she shot him in court she reportedly whispered I did it for you Anna the ACT sparked international

debate dividing public opinion on her actions while many empathized with her grief others had felt her actions amounted to vigilante justice Mary maranne was ultimately convicted of manslaughter and unlawful firearm possession receiving a 6-year sentence but only serving three following her release she had moved to Africa seeking a quieter life but her case remains a topic of controversy as many question the German Justice system’s handling of Grabowski who despite multiple convictions was allowed back into society with minimal

restrictions but in this next casee it took a father and a grandfather to go after the killer who murdered their [Music] daughter on March 3rd 2012 at around 3:00 a.m. when Jessica Rojas was fatally stabbed at her home in Springfield’s Brightwood neighborhood her boyfriend Jose Santiago who she’d been dating for over a year turned out to be the killer Santiago was caught by police later that morning at Bay State Medical Center’s parking garage as he tried to slip into the hospital this wasn’t an ordinary arrest it took Springfield police state

troopers and the US Marshals working together to bring him in and the heartbreaking twist Jessica would lose her life on her 25th birthday at Santiago’s arraignment tensions erupted Jessica’s father Edwin roas and her stepfather Kenneth stto made a desperate attempt to confront Santiago face to face as the two charged toward him Court officers had to step in stopping them from reaching them both men were quickly detained and charged with disrupting Court proceedings hosting $500 bail shortly afterward now during their

arraignment assistant DA Mary angers assured Judge John M Payne Jr they could remain free on personal recognizance both pled not guilty to the charges Edwin Rojas also faced charges of assault and resisting arrest in the end Santiago faced trial and was convicted of first-degree murder sentencing him to life without parole prosecutors argued that his crime was marked by extreme cruelty and the jury agreed delivering a guilty verdict after only a few hours Santiago was also convicted of assault with a dangerous weapon against Antonio

kamacho a friend of jessicas who tried to help but had to flee when Santiago threatened him with the knife during the sentencing Jessica’s mother Carmen Roman gave a deeply emotional statement she spoke of Jessica’s loving nature her dedication as a mother and her positive impact on everyone she knew Roman now has custody of Jessica’s eldest child while the other children are with their father now it’s not just grieving parents who have attacked their child’s killers in court sometimes it’s the children themselves confronting the

killers of their loved ones just like London Thomas here who bravely saw just Justice by lashing out at the man who took his mother’s life quite a commotion in a mosan County courtroom this morning when the son of a murder victim lunged toward the man accused of killing her May 19th 2019 46-year-old Vashon flowers was convicted of fatally shooting his wife 50-year-old Jamie Thomas flowers multiple times inside their home in Muskegan Heights Michigan according to testimony from Tom flower’s daughter Parris Jones who had

been hiding in a bedroom with her brother Jones testified that she had overheard the exchange between flowers and her mother who had been in an extended argument Jones further testified that flowers and her mother had been engaged in intermittent arguments the day before the fatal shooting According to Jones at one point flowers had assaulted and choked her mother possibly prompting her to send a text message to flowers ending their marriage of just over a year later that evening flowers reportedly slashed a

car’s tires likely to prevent Thomas flowers from leaving fast forward to the day of the incident Jones testified that she found her mother in the laundry room suffering from four gunshot wounds to her torso while flowers was nowhere to be found until 15 hours later when he decided to turn himself over to law enforcement he was convicted as a four-time habitual offender with previous convictions for carrying a concealed weapon in in 1995 possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance in 1996 and both assault with

a dangerous weapon and Firearm possession as a felon in 2017 but that’s not all this case further Drew attention when London Thomas Thomas flower son attempted to lunch at flowers during a court hearing crossing the courtroom barrier and heading toward flowers who was seated in the jury box and speaking with his defense attorney mus Keegan County public defender Fred Johnson security Personnel quickly restrained Thomas before he reached flowers after the incident Thomas was detained and brought before a mosan County District Judge who

found him in civil contempt of court and prohibited him from attending future Court proceedings for that case and as for flowers he was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison in the end these stories show just how far grief and rage can push a parent when Justice feels Out Of Reach seeing their pain spill out in court reminds us that no sentence can ever make up for the loss of a child it’s raw it’s heartbreaking and it leaves us wondering how would any of us handle such a devastating loss hopefully we never have to find out
