Mahoney pulled out a second gun and the two exchanged shots Mahoney shot Moore in the arm but Moore shot Mahoney in the chest killing him Moore stole $ 1,48 before fleeing in his truck but crashed into a telephone pole shortly after officer Bobby Rollins found him injured and after he surrendered Moore confessed to the crime on November 1st 2024 after more than two decades in prison Richard Bernard Moore was executed by lethal injection at the Broad River Correctional Institution before his death he enjoyed a hearty last meal consisting of steak
