Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are celebrating a milestone in their family: youngest son Joaquin Consuelos just turned 23! 
The Broadway-bound starlet of the Ripa-Consuelos clan was showered with love from his famous parents and siblings , marking the day with heartwarming throwbacks and family snapshots.
Taking to Instagram, Kelly, 55, shared a treasure trove of photos spanning Joaquin’s life — from his newborn days in her arms to his University of Michigan wrestling moments. Fans got a peek at the young man who, despite now sporting brunette locks, once mirrored his mom’s signature dirty blonde hair. One throwback perfectly captures Joaquin side by side with Kelly, making it almost uncanny how much he resembles his All My Children alum mom.

Mark quipped: “Which means we are old!” prompting Kelly to fire back with her signature humor: “Well, we’ve been old, but when the newborn turns 23, that’s another level.”

She also reminisced about Joaquin’s arrival, sharing that this C-section felt “so much easier” than her first two “wild” deliveries, joking that she’d gone into it fully styled with blown-out hair and manicured nails — a sharp contrast to the chaos of her older children’s births.

But the big news isn’t just about birthdays. 2026 is already shaping up to be monumental for Joaquin, who will make his Broadway debut this March in the revival of Death of a Salesman, starring alongside Nathan Lane and Laurie Metcalf. Previews kick off March 6 at the Winter Garden Theatre, with opening night on April 9 — just ten days before his father, Mark, steps on stage in Fallen Angels at the Todd Haimes Theatre.
Kelly joked about the ultimate theater dilemma: “Every night, I’m going to have this choice: do I go see my husband, or do I go see my beloved son?” But Mark, ever the proud dad, encouraged her to prioritize Joaquin’s moment — though fans can imagine every Ripa-Consuelos family member will be front row, cheering their youngest star as he shines in the city that never sleeps.
